Delivery and Returns
• Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days (Sunday to Thursday) from the order date in Cairo and Giza.
• Note that orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next day, and accordingly delivered in 2 to 5 business days ( Sunday to Thursday) from the order date.
• Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (Sunday to Thursday) from the order date in all other governorates.
• Note that orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next day, and accordingly delivered in 6 to 11 business days ( Sunday to Thursday) from the order date.
• Our courier provides 3 delivery attempts before marking the order as “Failed delivery” and returning it back to our HQ.
• Upon receiving of the order, You can open it and check it before payment, and return it with the courier in case you don’t want it anymore,. In this case, you will only pay the delivery fees.
• In case you received the order and paid, You have 48 working hours (Sunday to Thursday) to contact HBShop team to ask for a return in case of:
• Wrong item
• Wrong size
• Defected item.
And our team will arrange a courier’s pickup for you, then validate the return reason to proceed with your refund
